  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American rapper, singer and songwriter. His stage name is a tribute to the name of a beloved uncle combined with the first name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. Scott signed a record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. He also signed a record contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. The mixtape was later immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was the debut album of his studio. His hit single, "Antidote", was included on the album. His follow-up album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. The next year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third studio album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced the first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys was released on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the single "Franchise", Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it topped the Billboard 200. in the year 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot in less than a year.
